Beginner
This class is meant for true beginners, new meditators and skeptics. The benefits of mindfulness have been well-proven but the skill takes a long time to practice before the benefits can be seen. This class teaches what the goals are, encourages us when progress feels stagnant and uses exercises more suitable for beginners. Class begins with an explanation of how and why mindfulness works and ends with a voluntary on group discussion on the experience, which maximizes synthesis of the learning.
Day & Time: Tuesdays 4-5pm

Intermediate
This class is meant for meditators who feel comfortable with the concepts and goals of mindfulness but want the encouragement and routine of a regular group practice. Class begins with a summary of goals and questions/answers before the exercise as well as voluntary a debrief of our experiences at the end.
Day & Time: Wednesdays 7-8pm
Cost: $30
Advanced
This class is meant for advanced meditators who enjoy the rigor of routine group practice. Class includes a brief check in, a longer meditation and a voluntary debrief of the experience.

Monthly Passes
With a Monthly Pass, you have unlimited access to classes all month. You can purchase the a Monthly Pass at the beginning of your first session and simply click "Monthly Pass Member" when you register for future classes.
